Job Description
Black Rocket is looking for someone to join our customer support team
for seasonal summer classes on A.I., video game design, Unity 3D, app
design, coding, ROBLOX, Minecraft, and more! Support agents will work
primarily in the Black Rocket headquarters in New Jersey from May
through August with 20 to 40 hours a week.
**Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment-
remotely and in-person. This position is considered primarily
remote. However, candidates must be based within traveling
distance to Freehold, NJ, and willing to commute for in-person
meetings, events and some shifts.**
Training will be provided on various software and Black Rocket
cultural expectations. Job responsibilities include answering customer
questions via live chat, phone, and email support. Customers include
parents, students, teachers, and program directors. Agents will need
to answer inquires regarding student projects, software, curricula,
Black Rocket policies, and general summer camp support.

The Position
Black Rocket is looking for dynamic, adaptable, hard-working, and
personable individuals to join our expanded Customer Support Team. The
position is seasonal, but often seasonal employees are hired in full
time roles. As a Customer Support Technician, you play a key role as
the main point of contact for our customers.
You are responsible for executing our brand promise to
provide EPIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT! This requires
knowledge of Black Rocket’s courses and software, problem solving
instructor and parent concerns, and technical troubleshooting. Agents
will use email, live chat, and phone support as their primary methods
of communication.
Online training begins in May and the primary position runs from the
end of May through August from Freehold, NJ (remote work is
